Luna is an exciting broodmare, with bloodlines rarely seen in this country.  Her sire is Lord Leopold who finished fourth at the 2012 Bundeschampionate in Warendorf as a 5-year old, and sixth at the 2013 Bundeschampionate as a 6-year old; debuting at Prix St George level at just 7, he was later acquired by the Austrian Grand Prix rider Victoria Max-Theurer.  

Her Damsire is the legendary Quando Quando, whose remarkable career saw numerous victories at Grand Prix level; he was the most successful Oldenburger at World Equestrian Games in Aachen in 2006 and participated in the Olympic Games in Hong Kong in 2008.
